This is a new class offered in Novara Centre with Lainey Ennis. It is a 1 hour class for those of you who would like to deepen your meditation. It will also support you if you have recently completed a Mindfulness course and would like the support of a group to anchor your practise. This class is particularly suited to those who would prefer a class of stretching and loosening exercises through Chi Gung, to that of a more vigorous Yoga class.
Beautiful Gentle Chi Gung movements from a standing position will occupy 30 minutes, followed by a 10 minute guided visualisation leading into yoga nidra – deep meditation for 20 minutes.
Do come along and experience this simple, yet deeply effective form of exercise to still the mind and nurture your body.
Cost: This will be a 6 week course / or a Drop – In class. 6 weeks commitment payable on the 1st day will cost €65; Drop-In class will cost €13 per class.
