This four-week course is suitable for beginners and for those who wish to reawaken their mindfulness practice. Through guidance by a certified teacher of mindfulness the course invites you to experience the practice of mindfulness for yourself and reveals how you can bring mindfulness into your everyday life. The many benefits of mindfulness include enhanced well-being, better management of stress and lower anxiety levels. The course will also introduce you to the scientific research that supports the benefits of mindfulness.
