Learn Mindfulness 4 week introductory course

Time: 11.30am to 12.45am
The aim of the M4L ‘Learn Mindfulness’ programme is to give participants an opportunity to experience the practice of Mindfulness in a supportive environment under the guidance of a certified mindfulness teacher.
While the programme includes a look at the scientific journey Mindfulness is making the emphasis of the programme is to experience the core practices within Mindfulness. Each week one core practice will be guided by the teacher. Practice sheets accompany the course for those who wish to practise between classes (highly recommended to get the full benefit!). As the programme unfolds you will have opportunities to reflect on how you can bring Mindfulness into your everyday life.
The benefit of taking the M4L ‘Learn Mindfulness’ course is that it allows you an opportunity to engage in mindful practices which you can bring to everyday living. The programme will also inform your choices on how best you can turn to deepen your practice.

Patricia holds a BSA(Hons) Psychology and is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, accredited by the Society of Holistic Therapists and Coaches UK.
