Regular Mindfulness Practice

Mindfulness Practice Evenings:

Throughout the year, Kathryn will be offering some mindfulness practice evenings on Tuesdays at the Novara Centre. Whether this is your first time to experience mindfulness or you’ve been practising for a while you are welcome to come along to some or all of these evenings.

Practising in a group can really help you develop and to deepen your mindfulness practice. Kathryn will guide a variety of mindfulness practices during these evenings. These evenings are open to those who have attended a mindfulness course already and to those who have not.
