Beginners’ Yoga

Have you ever wanted to give yoga a go?

Join us in a relaxed, fun environment to explore the basics of yoga. Together we will learn and practice physical yoga exercises, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness. Perfect for anyone who’d like to get a little more strong, flexible, balanced, de-stressed and refreshed. This course is suitable for complete beginners and improvers – we use variations to suit a range of abilities. Each course is designed to reflect the needs and interests of the class. Moves at a relaxed pace and builds on your skills over six weeks

Practicing at Home: Your Course also includes access to the Yoga Bray Home Practice Bonus (Private Facebook Student Group with home practice video, quick reference practice chart and teacher available for Q&A during the week.

Yoga mats and props will be provided – just bring yourself, wearing some comfortable layered clothing.
