Do you want to add a little challenge to your yoga?
Together we will learn and practice physical yoga exercises, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness. We enjoy a ‘Hatha yoga’ based practice with a few twists. Together we will build strength, flexibility, balance and help you to feel less stress and more refreshed.
This course is ideal for people with some yoga experience and/or a reasonable level of fitness. Moves at a quicker pace and introduces new challenges over the six weeks. Your teacher, Rachel will be available after each class for additional one-to-one queries and guidance.
Practicing at Home: Your Course also includes access to the Yoga Bray Home Practice Bonus (Private Facebook Student Group with home practice video, quick reference practice chart and teacher available for Q&A during the week ).
Yoga mats and props will be provided – just bring yourself, wearing some comfortable layered clothing.
