Gentle Beginners

Have you ever wondered what yoga’s all about?

Join us in a relaxed, fun environment to discover the basics of yoga. Together we will learn and practice physical yoga exercises, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness. This course is designed for complete beginners and anyone who wants to refresh the building blocks in a step-by-step way. Each week we will add a new concept and work at a slow pace to build your knowledge and confidence. Perfect for anyone who’d like to get a little more strong, flexible, balanced, de-stressed and refreshed.

Practicing at Home: Your Course also includes access to the Yoga Bray Home Practice Bonus (Private Facebook Student Group with home practice video, quick reference practice chart and teacher available for Q&A during the week.

Yoga mats and props will be provided – just bring yourself, wearing some comfortable layered clothing.
