Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy brings relief through sensitive mobilisation of the cerebrospinal fluid. This fluid bathes and cushions the brain and also extends via the meninges to the bones of the skull which make up the cranium to the sacrum at the end of the spine. When the cerebrospinal fluid flows freely around the central nervous system it promotes health and balance. Restrictions can be stored and inhibit functioning.

Craniosacral therapy can allow the body to release restriction and decrease digestive and lung problems, adhesions, and pain and it is also known to improve brain function.
