Helen teaches Prenatal Yoga and Mum & Baby Yoga at the Novara Centre.

She is a mother of four and leads her classes from a deep understanding of the pregnant and post natal body, the demands of labour and the importance of the mother’s breath! Helen completed her perinatal teacher training with Lisa Wilkinson of the Elbow Room. She is also trained in both Hatha yoga and Children’s yoga.
