Niamh Condron is a Certified Vinyasa Flow Yoga instructor having trained in YogaWorks, Los Angeles, California. She is a professional dancer, holding a BA in Dance from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in the UK. She has specialized in Human Movement Potential, with a specific interest and curiosity in Alexander Technique and BodyMindCentering. She has been teaching and working with the body, in all it's wonderment, depth and amazements for 12 years. Niamh has taught Yoga and Yoga/Pilates Fusion in many studios in Dublin such as Yoga Dublin, UCD Sports, MyYogaBody, Sunrise, MyCoreStrength, 21stZentury, HotYoga, YogaSpace and Outdoor Yoga. Niamh created Constant Composition Technique in 2005, a dance class specializing in Improvisation and natural movement, and has been teaching it since then, in Ireland and abroad.

Yoga Pilates Fusion
This class will combine the intelligent exercises Pilates offers with the ancient smooth feeling flow of Yoga Asanas. A treat to the body, a joy to the mind! The class will blend both techniques, making for a fresh physical and holistic practice that will strengthen, stretch, tone and invigorate while bringing peace of mind and a feeling of integration through body, mind and soul.
Intermediate Level Vinyasa FLOW Yoga
For this class some experience in Yoga will be helpful. The class will bring understanding of safe alignment in yoga postures for injury care and prevention. It will build strength and flexibility throughout the entire body, core, legs, back, arms... The class will flow progressively, opening and strengthening the entire body. Will also bring peace of mind and self understanding! Very helpful in today's manic and crazy world! Students have said they feel blissed out, strong, invigorated and very alive afterwards.
Restorative Yoga - Relax Deeply
This 50-minute class offers a chance to reconnect, restore and relax DEEPLY. We combine a variety of practical breathing techniques with gentle yoga postures. Learn to release a chattering mind and arrive at a place of peace and clarity.
