Pilates

Pilates is one form of excersice which was developed to facilitate empowerment and healing of the physical body and beyond as we understand how everything is interconnected.
Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. On a deeper level it helps us to connect with our inner power and teach us how to focus and channel that power into specific directions.
