Gail Redmond

Gail’s yoga journey began in 2001 when she started attending yoga classes with senior Iyengar teacher Margaret Macken. She quickly became hooked on yoga and began to understand the power yoga has to heal and transform. Under Margaret’s careful guidance she learned the importance of alignment, the power of the breath and yoga sequencing. During this time, she began attending meditation classes and found a winning combination.

In 2014, Gail qualified as a Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher under the watchful eye of Ciara Cronin and Tony Purcell. This training focused on yoga asana practice, anatomy, meditation and pranayama. Today, Gail’s yoga teaching style is a flowing class with emphasis on breath and alignment. She also teaches meditation and believes fully in its transformative powers.

She continues to develop and strengthen her yoga and meditation practise attending regular yoga classes and workshops with senior yoga teachers in Dublin including Marianne Jacuzzi, Dani Sheil and Eithne Kennedy.
