My professional practice as a complementary therapy practitioner began in 1990 when I trained as a Massage Therapist. In the years that followed I had a keen interest in the area of complementary therapies and went on to train and qualify in Reiki 1 & 2, Polarity Therapy, Body Harmony, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and NLP, completed a 2 yr healer training in 1994 with the Annwn Institute and became a course tutor from 1997 to 2002, co-ran and taught a 2yr healer training, a 1 ½ yr Personal Development Journey and many energy sensitivity workshops from 2002 to 2005.

In 2006 I was part of a team and taught massage on an I.T.E.C. Professional Massage training. I became a Full Healer member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers ( now called The Healing Trust ) in 1997 and became a Licensed THT Tutor in 2008. Since then I have been organising and running Spiritual Healing Trainings in Ireland for THT www.thehealingtrust.org.uk .I run a monthly healer support group in Delgany, Co. Wicklow to support healers and trainees in their development.

I have created a holistic magazine to support Complementary Therapy Practitioners from all disciplines. It is FREE and is called ’Natural Connections’. I have also created a holistic news & events website where you can view the magazine in full colour and all back issues at www.natural-connections.com .

I currently offer one hour and one & a half hour sessions in Relaxation Massage, Reflexology & Natural Energy Healing.
