1 day workshop for everyone
Take a day out for yourself. A day of mindful living is a day of exploring how mindfulness can be.
The day is an introduction to the practice. It offers people a wonderful opportunity to recharge and refresh. Over the course of the day we will practise a variety of mindfulness practices such as sitting and lying meditation and also mindful yoga.
We will also spend time exploring mindfulness as a self care tool. The day is suitable for beginners as well as those who already have an established mindfulness practice or would like to renew their practice.
