Introduction to White Crane Qi Gong with Neal Traynor
In this course we will explore the fundamental principles of the White Crane Qi Gong system of ‘The Jade Sun School of Tai Chi & Qi Gong’.
Firstly, we will focus on gently working with posture and alignment, helping to correct any cohesions within our posture. Then we will consciously engage our breath; remembering how to breathe in a stress-free way.
Then we will learn some White Crane Qi Gong sequences which focus on releasing tension from the body, and help it to become more robust. The sequence learnt over the 3 days can then be practiced daily in around 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the number of repetitions you choose to do.
This introductory course, presented over 3 sessions, is suitable for anyone over 16 (minors will require a guardian to be on the course with them).
