A gentle class suitable for all ages and abilities. Ideal for beginners. Take time out to relax and connect with yourself. Improve flexibility, mobility & posture. Class includes breathing & stretching exercises and finishes with a relaxation.

Time: Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm
Cost: €80 for 6 weeks

The course will be both in-person (limited spaces) and online via Zoom. Classes will also be recorded and the recordings will be available to those who have signed up for the course.
