This new name for the long-running Monday-night hatha yoga class has been chosen to reflect my awareness that my regular students and I seem to be increasingly seeking an opportunity to step away from intense physical effort during practice and enhance the mind-quietening aspects of our yoga practice through flowing movements coordinated with breath, along with plenty of opportunities for stillness, self-reflection and rest. Coming at the end of the first day of the week, the intention is that it will release the challenges of the day and set us up for a restful night and a positive week ahead.
Time: 8 pm - 9.15 pm (six week term)
Cost: €90 for in-person attendance & €80 for online.
