Yoga for Women with Rachel

Hatha Yoga – a step up from Gentle Yoga with a focus on building strength and flexibility and exploring your Yoga practice. Using Mindfulness to stay grounded in the present moment we learn to connect with our innate strength, peace & harmony. Classes includes breath work (Pranayama), Yoga postures (Asana) & Relaxation/Meditation (Yoga Nidra). Level 2 is a stronger and longer class than Level 1.

Starting Wednesday 8th September 2021 Time: Wednesdays from 8:30pm to 9:40pm
Cost: €80 for a 6 week course

The course will be both in-person (limited spaces) and online via Zoom. Classes will also be recorded and the recordings will be available to those who have signed up for the course.
