FRIDAY MORNING | POSITIVE LIVING BEGINNERS YOGA

TIME: 09.30am – 10.45am

These classes will demystify the basics of yoga in a relaxed and friendly environment. Each week you’ll explore a new topic and enjoy a gentle practice which will leave body and mind feeling good.

IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
* Ideal for complete beginners who want to try yoga
* More experienced yogis welcome to enjoy a nice slow paced practice to end the week
* NB: This class is not suitable if you have significant injuries or mobility challenges
* If in doubt – please ask before you book
