Yoga & Chi Gung

This is a gentle body friendly class incorporating physical postures, stretching and breathing exercises & deep relaxation promoting calmness, clarity of mind, strength and suppleness of the body. You are invited to explore simple, natural and proven methods of self-healing with Lainey, an experienced, mature teacher of over 25 years yoga teaching experience. Her aim is to install a love and passion for yoga and the body to all her students in a gentle and informed manner.
