The Novara Centre provides a professional setting and a multi-disciplinary environment currently spanning three main strands:

– Therapy (child, adolescent, adult and relationship counselling); Coaching and Mediation.
– Classes (every day including Sundays): Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness;
– Integrated Health.

The Novara Centre is located in a beautifully restored, well maintained, light filled, Victorian building on Bray’s sea-front.

It enjoys being close to the promenade with sea-views, the DART and affordable parking as well as numerous coffee shops and eateries.
