Some helpful pointers for working with anger
There are some potentially helpful pointers here for use with anger…helpful for both parents and the child, e.g. listening to the message of anger, creating a space between what triggers us and the reaction, yelling less and listening more, connecting rather than controlling, going with the flow of the moment, validating and acknowledging children’s feelings, etc.
