When we are experiencing difficulties or pain in our lives it can be sometimes hard to see a way forward. We may feel that we end up in the same place emotionally, again and again, repeating the same patterns and behaviours.
If we are depressed or anxious, it can be a fearful time, not knowing how to understand and cope with our thoughts and feelings.
I provide a respectful and safe place for you to explore and address issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias and relationships difficulties.
I also work with adults who have experienced sexual abuse.
