Integrative Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT)
Eating Disorder Therapist
I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence- based treatment to adults and teenagers from 15years to eighteen years.
My main therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I also integrate other approaches and techniques that best suit the individual’s needs. Among these are Person Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT-E and Mindfulness.
CBT is the leading evidence-based therapy for the treatment of anxiety disorders and depression. I also have specialised training and experience in working with Eating Disorders and people with Asperger Syndrome.
I provide a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who is objective, compassionate and non- judgemental. We work together to explore and address issues such as relationship difficulties, eating disorders, anxiety and depression, Therapies are tailored to your individual needs.
I am an accredited member of The Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have been practicing psychotherapy for fifteen years.
