Child & Adolescent Therapy

Play/Experiential therapy is suitable for children and adolescents aged three to 18 years. It uses the
therapeutic powers of play and creative expression to help prevent or resolve a range of developmental, psychosocial, learning and/or emotional difficulties and to promote resilience and emotional intelligence.

Adolescent therapy / CBT is suitable for children and adolescents aged nine to mid-20s. Child-focused cognitive behaviour therapy is a structured, collaborative and goal-orientated psychotherapy which can be helpful for children and young people who are negotiating difficulties in their lives.
