Baby Massage with Lara

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until July 8, 2022
In this five-week course, parents learn the massage techniques developed by the International Association of Infant Massage to promote bonding and relaxation while alleviating stress and digestive issues. Each session includes a gentle relaxation and stretch for the adults, baby massage session in which parents practice the strokes on their baby, and chat and support over a cuppa and biscuit. Participants have the opportunity to meet other parents in their locality, sharing experiences and building community.
*some health care policies cover up to €100 of fees

Time: Fridays 11 am – 12 pm
Cost: €150 for 5 week term
Fee includes booklet, oil and refreshments
