This class offers a wonderful means of preparing physically, emotionally and spiritually for birth and parenting while enjoying a confident, relaxed pregnancy. The physical practice will enhance strength and flexibility, while breath work, visualisation, and relaxation will help you to drop into your innate wisdom and intuition and connect with your baby in a warm supportive environment.
My experience as a GentleBirth and Active Birth Instructor, combined with 12 years’ experience of teaching prenatal yoga, ensures that these classes offer relevant support and information to help build towards a very positive experience of pregnancy, birth and parenting.
