Yoga for Flexibility is a mat-based, targeted mobility method that helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings to open-up their bodies.
No experience required: super stiff people always welcome. It is a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
Classes include Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on correct alignment and body awareness in each pose.
Time: Tuesdays from 7pm to 8:15pm
Cost: €65 for 4 weeks or €18 drop in (if space is available. To be booked in advance)
