Yoga for Women – a blend of breathing, Yoga postures & Relaxation/Meditation to support you in negotiating the natural hormonal ups and downs we experience each month and during menopause. You will learn skills to help you maintain strength, flexibility, muscle mass and bone density and deal with stress, anxiety and disturbed sleep. Using Mindfulness to help you find ease in the present moment you will learn to connect with our innate strength, wisdom and peace.
Time: Wednesdays from 8:30pm to 9:45pm
Cost: €120 for an 8 week course
The course will be both in-person (limited spaces) and online via Zoom. Classes will also be recorded and the recordings will be available to those who have signed up for the course.
