The  Novara Centre is now open for Face-to-Face counselling appointments while following strict infection control procedures as outlined below.  However unfortunately the Centre is currently not open for yoga, pilates or group sessions.  For therapy appointments or queries please email info@thenovaracentre.ie or complete the enquiry form.   The phone line 01-2761745 will also be regularly checked for messages. We would like to thank you for your support of the Centre and we will keep you advised of when group classes will restart.

Covid 19 Protocols

Due to ongoing concerns re Covid 19 there are strict infection control procedures in place in the Centre for clients and therapists safety.

Please wait outside the clinic before your appointment time. The therapist will either call your mobile or invite you in from the door.  Under no circumstances can we allow any client to wait in the waiting area.  This procedure is in place to limit the spread of infection.  We also recommend the use of face coverings/masks in public areas within the centre such as the hallway and stairs.

We require anyone attending the centre to read the following questions. If you answered YES to ANY of the following, please do not attend your appointment and contact your therapist to rearrange an alternative appointment.

•             Have you been to any countries outside Ireland in the last 14 days?
•             Have you been in close contact with any confirmed case(s) of COVID-19 (Coronavirus)?
•             Do you currently have any of the following: cough, cold, or flu-like symptoms?
